These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and tng11 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs the use of all services, products and content provided through the website tng11.org and any related applications or channels.

• All activity that takes place under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to customer support.
• tng11 recommends using a strong and unique password and changing it regularly.

Transaction limits:

In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during gameplay, tng11 will refer to the official server records to determine the valid outcome. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical issue on the platform's end, the bet will be returned to the player's account.

• tng11 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud, collusion or exploitation of technical errors.
